Returns are easy once you’ve read the policy below. We will refund or exchange any merchandise (excluding closeouts and special orders) returned within 15 days, or will exchange any merchandise returned within 30 days. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the manufacturer’s original packaging including tags and labels. Do not tamper with product or we will not refund or exchange any merchandise returned. Please ship all items in a shipping box.
Returns & Exchanges
All items returned to Tommy’s Supplies must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. To obtain a RMA number, please send us an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, the part number(s) and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Special Orders will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Once a return has been received, you will be notified by e-mail. We will not charge a restocking fee for any exchanges Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless customer received incorrect items due to an error made by Tommy’s Supplies. In this case, Tommy’s Supplies will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges.
A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all orders upon cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled through e-mail. Please call 860-265-2199 9am – 5pm EST, if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet shipped.
Closeout Items & Specials
No refunds will be given on closeout items. These items are offered to customers at extremely low prices. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by a Tommy’s Supplies customer representative.
Return Shipping Instructions
When sending items back to Tommy’s Supplies please obtain a tracking number from your shipper. You need to write the order number, name you placed the order under, and RMA number on the box along with the reason for your return or exchange on a separate piece of paper. Please ship all items in a shipping box. Please clearly write the RMA number and return address on the shipping box.
